These Terms explain the rules for using Midwestern Roleplay, including our Roblox experience, website, Discord community, connected systems, applications, and community career listings.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Midwestern Roleplay (MWRP), including its website, Roblox experience, Discord community, applications, and related services. By accessing or using MWRP, you agree to follow these Terms and any rules displayed within our services.
If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian and obtain their permission before using MWRP services or submitting an application.
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and only use accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your MWRP account.
Your use of Roblox and Discord remains subject to their respective terms, age requirements, and community rules.
MWRP may use Roblox OAuth2 to verify and connect your Roblox account. Depending on the permissions shown during authorization, MWRP may receive limited account information such as your Roblox user ID, username, avatar thumbnail, and basic public profile information.
MWRP may process account details, preferences, gameplay information, application information, and moderation or security logs where necessary to provide and protect its services. Further details are explained in the MWRP Privacy Policy.
MWRP does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by service providers where necessary to operate MWRP or where disclosure is required by law.

The MWRP Careers website and all careers content displayed on it are solely for roleplay and community purposes. Nothing displayed on the Careers website represents a real-world job, vacancy, workplace, or employment opportunity. This remains the case even where a listing, title, department, description, requirement, application process, interview process, schedule, or other part of the website appears realistic or resembles a real careers website.
Labels such as Part Time and Full Time are used only to describe a community role's expected availability, activity level, or roleplay classification. Those labels do not mean that the position is paid employment, guaranteed work, or a legally recognized part-time or full-time job.
Community roles may include moderation, development, support, leadership, media, or other activities connected to MWRP. Participation does not guarantee wages, employee benefits, minimum hours, continued placement, promotion, or payment in money or Robux.
MWRP may occasionally provide a volunteer with an unexpected and discretionary token of appreciation, such as a small gift or Robux. Appreciation gifts are never promised, guaranteed, earned, or calculated according to hours, duties, performance, targets, or continued participation. They have no cash alternative and are not intended as wages or compensation. Receiving a gift does not create any entitlement to future gifts or change the voluntary nature of a community role.
Applicants must meet the age and eligibility requirements shown for the role. Applicants under 18 should obtain permission from a parent or guardian before applying or participating. MWRP may accept, reject, reassign, suspend, or remove a person from a community role at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
You remain responsible for information, reports, applications, messages, and other content you submit. You must have the right to submit that content and must not submit anything unlawful, malicious, or infringing.
You permit MWRP to store, review, reproduce, and use submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate the service, review applications, provide support, investigate reports, and enforce community rules.
MWRP may restrict, suspend, or terminate access; remove content; reject applications; or remove community roles where reasonably necessary to enforce rules, protect users and services, address misconduct, or comply with law.
Moderation decisions may consider relevant records and circumstances. Access to MWRP and placement in any community role are not guaranteed.
MWRP may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MWRP is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. MWRP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, its services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
MWRP may update these Terms when its services, rules, or legal obligations change. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
